Dandelion Syrup Roasted Carrots


  • 150ml Dandelion Syrup
  • Carrots, peeled
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  • Preheat oven to 175C
  • Place whole carrots into a baking dish and drizzle with olive oil and mix until carrots are completely covered with oil
  • Pour over the Dandelion Syrup, then season to taste with salt and pepper
  • Mix until evenly coated
  • Bake until just tender (about 40 minutes-1 hour)
