Delivery & Returns
Orders are fulfilled from Monday to Thursday.
Please allow between 3 to 5 working days to receive your order.
If you don’t receive your parcel please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will check with our courier on your behalf.
You may complete the field "Delivery Instructions" in the ordering process to provide instructions such as "leave in the garage if out" if you or the recipient is out.[Text Wrapping Break]We regret we cannot accept responsibility for the condition of the goods or non-receipt if goods are not signed for.
We aim to reduce the use of plastic as much as possible, for our packaging we use cardboard boxes, shredded cardboard, recycled apple boxs and occasionally we use bubblewrap specially when shipping bottles.
When your preserves arrive
Please unpack your preserves on arrival. In the unlikely event of a problem, please contact us immediately email email@example.com
If your order is delayed or there are any issues with your delivery, please let us know as soon as you are aware. We will be happy to follow up directly with the courier on your behalf.
Should you wish to return your preserves, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org. Products will be returned at the customer's expense and, provided that they are returned in good condition within 10 working days of the original receipt, a credit will be issued for the price paid.
Local Deliveries/ Collection
We aim to reduce our carbon emissions wherever possible, if you live in our local area (Greater Manchester and SK1, SK2, SK3, SK4, SK5, SK6, SK7, SK8, SK9, SK10, SK11, SK12, WA14, WA15, and WA16 postcodes) you qualify for our Zero Emission/Local Delivery deliveries, which means your order will be dispatched on a Wednesday with our Fruit & Veg Box delivery service and will be delivered by us or our local delivery company E-Love which uses a repurposed milk float.
You can also choose to pick your order up from our warehouse (Green Street Mill, Green St, Macclesfield SK10 1JQ) and add the code PICKUPJAM in the discount section when placing your order so you won’t be charged for shipping costs - Collections are available WEDNSDAYS 1- 4pm, if you need to pick your order up on a different date we can try to arrange that so email email@example.com
