Our favourite selection of preserves made with Cheshire produce:

Hedgerow Harvest Jam: The perfect medley of classic British orchard fruits; damsons, plums and apples combined with wild elderberries and blackberries from the hedgerow.

Real Picalilli: Our take on this British classic combines pickled cucumber with onion, cauliflower and carrots in a tangy mustard sauce. Perfect with cheese, ham and almost everything else.

 Rhubarb Chilli Jam: This sweet chilli preserve bursts with the flavours of rhubarb, smoky roast peppers, foraged wild garlic and cooking apples.

Spicy Courgette Relish: This spicy courgette relish is packed with surplus courgettes, the perfect condiment for BBQs, picnics and sandwiches. Our new collaboration with Groobarb Wild Farm will allow us to preserve tons of Cheshire produce that could have otherwise gone to waste!

Heritage Pear Chutney: Spiced chutney with wild apples and tangy heritage cooking pears - an ancient and forgotten British fruit.
