A delightful fresh spicy aroma heralds a really well balanced chutney with delicious ingredients including pumpkin and parsnips to create a most unusual Indian style spiced chutney with almost home-made appeal. The fruit and vegetables retained their bite and were not overcooked, but still produced a good juice. We liked the addition of hogweed seeds and found exactly the right amount of chilli heat at the end. We felt it was only a pinch of salt away from a three-star product. (Great Taste Awards 2018)
